Often times, we simply fall into " Helping Mode " when we coached our clients, by offering our solutions to them that sort of originates from us instead of having the patience to allow them to discover it themselves.
Furthermore, when we formulate those solutions with our own presumptions about our client situation ( which may or may not be the case ) which is highly subjective.
Once there is no self ownship of the solutions, we right back where we started.
